Binoy Joseph - Pastor

Binoy Joseph grew up in the Middle East, in a Christian home and came to saving faith at a young age.

Having trained as a medical doctor, he moved to Melbourne in 2006 to further his surgical training and started attending Grace Community Bible Church (GCBC). Under the preaching of God’s word, he deepened his love for God, His Word, and His people.

Desiring to be better equipped for pastoral ministry, Binoy along with his family moved to America to study at the Master’s Seminary and served in various capacities at Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California. Following this, he served as a pastoral intern at Capitol Hill Baptist Church (9 Marks Ministries) in Washington, D.C.

Binoy began serving as a full-time pastor of GCBC in October 2018 where his main role is the expository preaching of God’s Word. He has a passion to see church communities reflect the character of Jesus Christ and for more people to come to know Jesus.

Binoy is married to Cheryl and they have three children – Caleb, Isabella and Judah.

Abraham Jacob - Elder

Abraham Jacob George (Dony) was born and raised in a Christian home with God-fearing parents who taught the word and demonstrated by example how a Chrsitian should live.

Although he made a commitment in his childhood days to follow Christ; a few years of rebellion followed. Even in that God was faithful in drawing him out of that life and reminding him of the profound implication of the Gospel and the joy that comes fom trusting in Jesus. 

Dony has been at GCBC since 2010 and has serves in various ministries and capacites.

As a lay elder Dony occasionaly preaches on Sunday, and is involved in equipping and training men in the Church. He leads a bible study and loves shepherding and leading God’s people towards a deeper and intimate relationship with Christ; especially the men towards mature spiritual manhood.

Dony is an engineer by profession and finds cooking as theraputic. He is married to Ninita and together they have a daughter (Grace) and two sons (Isaiah & Zachariah)
